A seasoned strategist with nearly two decades of experience, he has served on numerous provincial and national pharmacy boards and has helped influence healthcare policy, Indigenous workforce inclusion, and system redesign. He co-developed the first-ever National Indigenous Defence Conference featuring Governor General Mary Simon and Minister Bill Blair, created Indigenous Participation Plans for aerospace firms, and advised Fortune 500 companies on Indigenous policy and engagement.
